Many child care business leaders come to their leadership positions without prior business and management training. In order to ensure long-term sustainability, child care businesses need to develop and enhance their business, management and leadership skills. The Child Care Council can help early care and education businesses strengthen their capabilities through professional development opportunities as well as consultation and technical assistance.
