The Guidance Center, United Way of Westchester and Putnam, Inc., WIC Program at Sound Shore Medical Center of Westchester, WJCS Parent Child Home Program, New Rochelle Day Nursery, The Center for Small Jewels, The Child Abuse Prevention Center, Westchester Children’s Association, New Rochelle School District Dual Language Program and Children’s Environmental Health Center joined the Council to present information about their programs and Born Learning to the New Rochelle community.
